Let’s not conflate phytochemical bioavailability with clinical efficacy. Just because anthocyanins exhibit in vitro anti-inflammatory properties doesn’t mean oral ingestion translates to systemic benefit at physiologically relevant concentrations. Also, melatonin in cherries? It’s in the pg/mL range-your pineal gland produces mg/day. You’re drinking cherry juice to outcompete your endocrine system? That’s not wellness, that’s metabolic theater.
